This is a cdv of a Civil War Naval Officer. No id. Mount trimmed. Navy Some soiling/staining. Please examine scan closely to determine condition. All questions are welcome. Thank you.TERMSGENERAL: I have been a member in good standing of the ebay community for over ten years. I both buy and sell on ebay and I do this strictly for fun. I try to treat all of my customers as I expect to be treated and this tends to make for a very pleasant experience for both parties. I have never had a negative nor neutral feedback.AUCTION: Please keep in mind that this is an auction. All items are used (not new) and are sold “as is”, “w is”. A successful bid binds that bidder to a legally binding contract. Always ask questions before bidding. CONDITION: Condition is always subjective. Tfore, seller always provides a scan(s) for the potential buyer to determine condition. Some scans may be enlarged for better viewing. Additional scans may always be requested by serious potential bidders. Seller does not usually provide a scan of the reverse of an item. The condition of the reverse of an item may be different from that which is displayed. All scans (unless enlarged or stated to be modified) are made using standard factory settings of the scanner. For stereoviews, seller will display two scans - one of the entire front and usually one of the right side. (A scan of the right side does not ensure that the left side is of the same condition.) PAYMENT: Seller accepts paypal and some other methods when allowed by ebay. If using paypal, buyer must abide by all paypal and ebay policies and must pay for the item with one payment and must accept the item at the shipping address that is on file with ebay. Payment is to be received by the seller within three business days of the close of the sale listing. New York State sales tax will be added to the total cost of the item (including shipping, handling and insurance) when the item is shipped to an address located within New York State. Should buyer claim to be exempt from New York State sales tax, buyer must deliver to seller an original signed (properly filled out) New York State resale certificate. Please note that shipping will be delayed until the original document is received by the seller. Please keep in mind that New York State sales tax only applies for items shipped to a New York State address. SHIPPING: Shipping will be made to U.S. addresses only. The United States Post Office is used to ship all items. Most items are mailed First Class. The seller reserves the right to ship by media mail when appropriate. Shipping will include insurance (or self-insurance) and delivery/signature confirmation. The shipping charge is often significantly less than the actual cost of shipping an item when all legitimate costs are taken into account. Multiple like purchases will be combined at no additional shipping cost unless seller determines the combined weight increases the shipping cost materially. If the item is lost or damaged during transit, buyer agrees to assist seller in making an appropriate insurance claim. In the case of an item being damaged during shipment, at the very least, buyer will return the original item and packaging to seller before seller makes a refund. In all cases, refunds are limited to no more than the amount paid to seller. Seller attempts to package every item in a professional manner and does not skimp on shipping materials. When an item is mailed, seller will enter this fact into the ebay system. Seller will not provide a confirmation number unless specifically requested by buyer in a separate email. If a potential bidder believes that the total shipping charge is in any way excessive or does not rate a 5 star rating within ebay’s detailed seller rating system, please do not bid.
