Censored World War II cover from a captain (engineer) at Fort Smith, on the Alberta/Northwest Territories border in Canada. Numberless APO postmark Jul 21, 1943. Self-censored officer mail. Very fine condition.During World War II Fort Smith hosted 2,000 U.S. Army soldiers who were en route to the Canol Oil Pipeline Project at Norman Wells.
