Channel Islands Occupation interest, World War 2. Guernsey. Fort George Garrison, Guernsey 1944. Thank You card. It is not known who the Thank You was to - the translation reads, "Our thanks for the happiness and good time arranged for us, the Fort George Garrison, Guernsey, 21st August 1944". This card is not a postcard but will have some appeal to card collectors and Channel Island Occupation collectors alike. Thank you card. Hand drawn. Not posted. In good condition with slight foxing.
