You are looking at an autographed hat worn by a member of the Monster Energy Kawasaki #7 motocross at Southwick Motocross338 during the outdoor MX race on June 10, 2007. The hat was signed by James Stewart, also known as "Bubba" Stewart, immediately after he returned to the pit after post race interviews. As you can easily see, Stewart signed the hat on the left side of the bill. The hat is a FlexFit hat, size S/M. It was worn by a member of Stewart's team (team member's name unknown) during the June 9/June 10 race weekend. This team member added a green Monster Energy sticker to the underside of the bill. Stewart finished in second place at Southwick, coming in second in both motos, both times finishing behind Ricky Carmichael. In addition to the hat, we will include a copy of the local newspaper from June 11, which contains an article mentioning Bubba Stewart's second place finish, and June 10 being named "Ricky Carmichael Day" for both the town of Southwick and the State of Massachusetts.This is a charityauction benefiting Boy Scout Venture Crew35 out of Sprinfield, Mass. Venture Crew 35 is designing and building a truck to race in the 2008 Baja 1000. James Stewart signed and donated this hat specifically for the purpose of being auctioned for Crew 35 .
