Charles "Chico" Wheeler ; HOF Original Florida Highwaymen Framed Signed OIL PAINTING on Masonite; Masonite 10" x 8"; Frame Size 13" x 11"; New Condition Charles "Chico" Wheele r is an Original Florida Highwaymen. He once worked for Alfred Hair making frames. He had a lifelong friendship with Livingston Roberts (Dec"d.) Original Florida Highwaymen. Seller is acquainted with Chico. Chico is a very independent artist, shy and modest. A recluse, competent in the history of the Highwaymen. In his youth he played High School Football. Inducted into the Florida Artists Hall of Fame in 2004 as one of the Original Florida Highwaymen.
