You are bidding on an incredible LARGE 70s modern abstract studio pottery vessel by internationally known OHIO MODERN MASTER : CHARLES LAKOFSKY ( 1922-1993) this one is even LARGER than the last we offered ....it measures just a tad under 18" TALL by 5 1/4" wide by 3 3/8" deep an intriguing organic "tortured" & altered slab built & thrown sculptural vase the slightly shorter 1 sold for 95 and buyer was pleased ...there is no reserve for this listing (and you get the freebie !) there is no damage, the only thing to mention is a bit of gum residue from the felt removed to show you the signature AS A FREE BONUS we are including ANOTHER vintage 60s or 70s LAKOFSKY piece .... the FREE one has rim boo boos (bottom) which we believe occured when the pot was pulled from the kiln ...... both pieces have a VERY SPECIAL PROVENANCE they were purchased directly from the estate of the artist and were part of the personal collection of his wife ....
