This is a Steiff Cheetah, the fastest of any land-mammal animal. This item was limited to only 1,500 pieces and is numbered #588 of that edition. He is cream-colored mohair with brown spots, dark eyes with a black nose and clear whiskers and comes with a hang-tag certificate. It does not come with a cardboard box from Steiff. He is 30cm sitting and is #588 of a USA edition of 1,500 pieces. The item is in mint condition and has never been displayed. This comes from my personal collection when I owned a shop in Alexandria, VA.The retail price was $325.00. He was removed from the packaging for pictures only. Shipping cost includes insurance.
