This is the first version Ferris wheel Chein made with the lever power, chain driven mechanism. This may be your only chance to own one of these. Tower has different lithography from later versions. Green base shows some wear and paint loss. Scattered play wear. Mechanism works but sometimes sticky, this is more due to design and is one of the reasons this was changed to the standard windup version. 16 1/2" tall Grades VG-Fine
