It has a screw down bezel. The 6" painted dial is signed Chelsea Clock Co. Boston U.S.Government. It has a small scratch between the 8-9. Missing center sweep hand. NO dial screws. The 8 day movement is signed. It is NOT running. Broken balance. Movement has power. Mainspring is fully wound. Serial #834528. Circa 1980's. Sold as repair project or for parts.
