This is a really nice Art Nouveau 'love knot' glove button hook, the hallmarks are very tiny and the Chester date letter difficult to ascertain correctly, though i believe it to be c1905. It is a tiny hook measuring 2" from top of suspension ring to base of hook, the hook itself is steel with much of the silver coating now missing with age as can be seen in the photos. A delightful item for the collector of button hooks or Chester silver hallmarks. Thank you for looking.
