For sale is a commemorative medallion which was awarded to the players of Chesterfield FC to mark their historic cup run to the semi final of the 1996/97 fa cup.This particular medal was awarded to Paul Holland whose name is engraved on the reverse. The medallion is Silver, hallmarked Sheffield 1997, makers mark Bradley's jewellers, Chesterfield. Handmade in the for of the F A Cup, with a scarf threaded through the handles and across the front.The loop, through which the blue and white ribbon is threaded has a raised crooked spire on the front.Overall length 74mm, width 36mm, weight 43 grams. Engraved on the front F.A. CUP SEMI FINALIST 1996/97.The medallion comes in it original case and includes the original valuation certificate from Bradley's Jewellers of Chesterfield who produced the medallion.This is a unique chance to own part of Chesterfield fc and football history as one of only a handful of lower league sides to progress so far in the tournament.If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask..Posted with eBay Mobile
