This is the August 1946 Chicago, Aurora, & Elgin Railroad Bulletin #64. It is in very good condition; it lies flat without any tears or chips. Clean and unmarked, tightly bound. The paper shows some mild tanning from age. Published by the Central Electric Railfans Association, it has B&W photos and 15 pages. The rear cover shows the interior diagrams for teh series 451-460 interurban cars. Also, laid inside are a promotion 2 page sheet for the Branford Electric Railway Assn and a membership application form which was not filled out. Buyer to pay $3.50 S&H flat in box.
