Cake Stand This is a pretty White / pale creamChina, small cake stand that was given to us as a gift that unfortunately has never been used. There is what I would describe as a pretty filigree edge around the top plate with a pale silvery/grey outer rim. There is a small scroll design inside the filigree edge on the plate surface and around the bottom of the stand, which is also picked out with pale silvery grey please see the pictures for evidence of my description (sometimes difficult to describe these things) The measurements are: 8 ½ inches (21 cm) across approx 3 inch (8cm) height. As it is China, rather than posting, collection in person welcome if possible from the Guildford, Surrey area. If collecting, then payment in cash preferred. Many thanksI noticed that some sellers refer to their cake stands as Ceramic. There are no markings on mine to confirm what it is made of, but I hope the pics show that it is a type of china or ceramic (not sure of exact difference )and not plastic/man-made fibre
