Signed Chris Brown Fortune CD framed display CD booklet hand signed by singer Chris Brown. Booklet was official promotional item from the record company (framed later). The booklet is in wooden frame matted with the Fortune CD. Frame measures approximately 13" wide and 7 1/2" tall. Original CD case is included (not pictured). I am a collector myself. Most of the items in my eBay store are items of which I was able to obtain more than one (and keep the first for myself) or items that I already had something signed by that person/group. I am extremely careful about what I buy because I do not want to have even the slightest bit of doubt about the authenticity of an item in my collection. Likewise, I do not want you to have that doubt either. If I come across a questionable item, I always pay to have it authenticated by one of the big two third party authenticators (for whatever reason, eBay does not like you to use their names unless the item includes a COA from them). Due to their fees and somewhat long turnaround times, it is not feasible for me to submit an item if I can conclude that it is authentic beyond a reasonable doubt. If an item I sell does not come with a COA from one of those, I guarantee that it will pass if you choose to submit it. If you are not satisfied, I will allow you to return the item for a full refund. Certificates of Authenticity I do not include a personal COA with my items that I did not obtain in person. It is my feeling that any seller like me can type up a COA, but that does not guarantee authenticity. I only purchase COAs from the big two authentication services. You can see in the title/description if this item includes one. Many times an item I sell will come with a COA from a reputable auction house or other source, and that will be indicated as well. If an item description indicates that I obtained the item in person, you can request that I include a signed letter from me detailing the circumstances of the signing. Making an Offer I try to price my items to sell. It does not do me or you any good to price an item so high that it will sit around for a year. Unless I have included eBay’s best offer feature, please refrain from messaging me an offer. An exception would be if you want to buy several items. All items over $250 will require a signature upon delivery. International buyers are welcome but will be asked to pay for the shipment of the item.
