Chrome Oilcloth Art Deco 40s Sofa Deskey Lloyd Eames NR

Up for auction is chrome-framed sofa with green oilcloth cushions and cream vinyl piping. This sofa is in excellent vintage condition. The oilcloth upholstery has retained its deep green color, with no stains except for a small mark on the top of one back cushion. T are no tears to the upholstery, only one area w the stitching is coming apart on one of the back cushions. The inner springs are very resilient and the sofa is still quite comfortable. The frame is in excellent condition, with some rusting that can easily be cleaned with steel wool and/or chrome polish. The arm rests are a faded black plastic or bakelite.
Approximately 70" long, 33.5" deep and 33" to top of back. Please do not hesitate to contact me for any additional information or photos. Shipping will be local pick-up or blanket wrap. Blanket wrap shipping will be paid for and arranged by the buyer. I can also deliver the sofa plus unlimited items from my other auctions anyw between Boston and New York for a flat $50. No international bidders, please. If you have less than 5 positive feedbacks, please contact me before bidding. I reserve the right to cancel any bid and to end the auction at any time. I want the buyer to be happy with the item and I will refund the full auction price minus the shipping costs and any eBay or PayPal fees incurred by me if the item is not received as described. Payment will be PayPal only. Payment is expected within three days/72 hours of the end of auction. I will be traveling from August 6 until September 3, so I will need to work with you to take care of shipping or pick up before I leave.
