In depicting the details of these fabulous horses and the background scene, the artist did it superbly. The wide border band is designed to make the plate unique and appealing to the viewer giving the plate a frame-like look. Plate itself is produced on hard-fire porcelain and enhanced by a rim of platinum. Edition limited to 95 firing days. Plate is in EXCELLENT (Like New) condition with no chips or repairs .
