PLEASE READ COMPLETE LISTING BEFORE BIDDING......OK all you P-51 fans, and Chuck Yeager fans. Here is a Pacific Aircraft handcrafted wooden North American P-51D Glamorous Glen III that was flown by the now world famous Chuck Yeager in combat in the European Theater!!! This famous airplane has a 18 inch wingspan, and a 15 inch long fuselage. The paint work is museum quality!!! THIS PLANE HAS NO BROKEN PARTS, MISSING PARTS, AND THE PAINTWORK IS NICE AS IT WAS WHEN IT WAS BRAND NEW ABOUT FIVE YEARS AGO. The only thing I did was bend the metal arm on the stand a little bit to bank the plane. P-51's look a lot better in a banked climb than in level flight!!!!! A nice pair of wide jaw pliers you will be able to bend the metal arm back to its original position with very little effort!! Trust me it looks a lot nicer in a banked climb!!! THIS PLANE ALSO COMES FROM A NON-SMOKING, NON-PET, AND A NON-CHILD HOME!!! It has been packed away since I lost my house two years ago. It also will be shipped to its proud new owner in the original shipping box and packing that it came from the factory in!!! It really hurts me to sell this piece of U.S. war history, but I have to keep paying my medical bills. This plane would make any warbird fan a great gift!!I am selling off about everything I own. My loss, your gain. PLEASE find a real nice home for this
