Cigar Tip Cutter Antique Key Wind Counter Top Cast Iron . Good working condition, insert cigar in hole and blade spins and cuts off tip. This is an old cigar store model with match striker ribs on the sides. well worn nickel plating and some pitting on one side. I couldn't find a name or maker's mark anyw This is quite old and probably pre 1900. The table face tilts slightly towards the customer with the windup to the rear.
