B oth dolls have been tested. Their batteries were dead when I received them, we swapped out the batteries to make sure they work and they sing great. Unfortunately, these are our testing batteries we aren't including them. Each doll requires 3x 1.5v ag13/LR44 batteries. There is a switch on their hip to turn on and off and then you hold their left hand and they sing. Cinderella sings a dream is a wish our heart makes, and Ariel sings Part of your world. They sing great and are surprisingly loud.A s for condition, they have been used and played with and do show wear. Cinderella is missing her shoes, but overall good condition. Very few blemishes, her dress shows some wear and some frays.Ariel's dress shows a lot of wear. It is torn in multiple spots and possibly been sewn already across the chest. Her left arm has some blue scuff marks and her underwear paint is chipped. She also has a pink marker stain on the back of her dress. She comes with her shoes but her earring appear to be broken off. See photos for better understanding of condition. Also note I got most of the tears in Aries dress but not all of them.
