LARGE Cinzano Vintage Art Deco Advertising Art in Black Wood Frame by Leonetto Cappiello Florio e Cinzano, 1930 Approximately 27 1/2" Wide x 35 3/4" High outside of frame to outside of frame. Florio E Cinzano is a licensed reproduction that captures all of the vivid colors and details of the original. This print is ready for hanging and would make a great addition to your home or office. Framed in a Black wood frame under plexi-glass. The piece is of a vintage ad created by Leonetto Cappiello. It shows two zebras - one Red and one Blue with 2 different bottles of Cinzano in the background. At the bottom it says "FLORIO Le Meilleur Marsala CINZANO Le Meilleur Apertif". This print is one of the rarer versions. Cinzano is an Italian brand of vermouth. Cinzano comes about from the union of wine, alcohol, sugar and an infusion of herbs and spices. Leonetto Cappiello (1875 - 1942) was an Italian poster art designer who lived in Paris. Some of his famous art / advertisements include Parapluie-Revel, Pates Baroni, and Bitter Campari. He redesigned the turn of the century pictures into images more relevant to the faster pace of the 20th century.
