Horn Elbow, deck mounting, and tone arm in rough or poor condition. It was rusty and the tone arm is missing the ball bearings inside. The ball bearing flange is rusted through and dangling inside which makes it tough to swivel. This is a late fat arm like the table model IX uses. Good for a restoration project. Check out the photos for condition.
