I ended up wearing this at work instead of my cheapo Casio.Flexing my wrist to lift something heavy into place caused the strap pins to bend,The strap detached at one end and the watch fell to the floor.It now does not work at all.I have been to H. Samuel and was told a service costs £120.I've decided to treat myself to a new watch instead.This watch retails for £250 at H. Samuel see here... H. Samuel Citizen 9654895
