To start off I am a long time Gettysburg resident and relic hunter and I am starting to sell of my relics. Here is something you dont see to often. This is a civil war bullet that was fired backwards. During the heat of battle soldiers were loading there guns pretty fast. They did not wanna get shot or killed so they rushed. Well thie soldier who fired this one rushed just a bit to much! If you look he put it down the barrell wrong. When this bullet fired it must have tumbled in the air. It pushed the base of it open. Pretty neat if nothing else!!! This was dug on old harrisburg road. Not far from the Gettysburg HS...I have dug over 2000 bullets in Adams County PA over they years. Look at the picture for the condition of the bullet you will get. Ask all questions before bidding. Free shipping
