Up for auction is an interesting group of 50+ Civil War bullets and relics dug in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia in the late 1970's. All of these items were dug from Federal Calvary / Infantry camps, skirmish areas and old home sites near Winchester VA. I dug these relics on private properties and of course with the owners permission. This group contains of at least 20 bullets both fired and dropped, these bullets consist of minies, carbine and pistol. There are also some carbine shell casings which I believe are Spencer. Looks like at least 3 buttons and a lot of other brass and iron items. Most of these items are from the CW period but some maybe pre or post war related.
