An original Civil War document. At the top it says it is a quarterly return of ordnance and ordnance stores for the 64th Regiment N.Y.S Vol Infantry. Right below it has account information for supplies, in one area it mentions Springfield Rifle Muskets in another area it mentions elongated ball cartridges. In one area it is signed and dated April 15th 1865. The document has wear there are pieces missing and stain marks, it is broken apart in the middle. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
