Here we have a tin American Civil War era camp coffee pot with a cast iron handle, pewter or lead knob on the top lid, and a brass shield shaped nameplate on the side with "The / Old Dominion / Patented By / Watte & Sener / 22 April 1856 / Arthur Burnham & Gilroy / Sole Manufacturers / Philadelphia" on it. It stands 12" to the top of the cover knob, with 5 1/4" diameter on the base. It is solid with no damage or repairs, and it appears to be complete, but use the pictures to determine how complete it is, I don`t know if there is anything else that should be there. A great original Civil War period coffee pot, just the thing for reinacters or just to decorate your kitchen!
