At left is standing sailor holding a telescope in left hand. Ship's rigging to his rear. At right is bird'd eye view of the Washington Naval Yard. Below: "U. S. NAVY YARD" Retains orig. complete flap. Fresh, extremely fine cond. Two tiny hinge remnants on reverse w mounted. Virtually free of soil and age toning. Stunning! Truly rare and most attractive.
