Civil War Store Card - IL - M B Castle- Bank Token R-3 MS 60. Copper round about the size of a penny. This token is from Sandwich, Illinois. Note the spelling of Illinois on the token. The obverse indicates this was the Sandwich Bank - W.B. Castle - Sandwich - Ilinois. M B Castle was probably the Exchange and Loan Officer as indicated on the reverse. It states Deposite Exchange and Loan Office. Both sides have a beaded edge. The rarity is an R-3 but the condition is an MS-60. The numerical listing is IL 775 A23. Shipped with USPS First Class.
