This is a wonderful Circus Rinconada Elephant (#04B). The piece is just terrific. The elephant is standing on a circus barrel (with a little star on his foot). This piece was issued in 1991 and retired in 2000. This is part of the Classic Design Collection. The elephant (as are all of the Artesania Rinconada collections) was hand carved and painted in Uruguay, then fired in a kiln. The piece is NEW in wonderful condition-pictured.
