***Bringing you the very finest minerals ebay has to offer!!*** Witherite Cave-in-Rock Sub-District, Illinois - Kentucky Fluorspar District, Hardin Co., Illinois 5.33cm x 3.83cm x 3.66cm Description/Interesting Notes: A terrific example of witherite from this classic locality!!! THis specimen consists of a showy, well formed spray of witherite crystals!!! The witherite is present as a divergent spray of crystals capped by scepter-like growths!!! The bottom portion of the specimen exhibits marked luster and significant translucence throughout!!! The specimen is completely terminated and there are two thin portions of fluorite resting on top as well (although they are easy to miss, as they are near identical in color)!!! This specimen is from the collection of Larry Krause!!! This specimen is in terrific condition and displays fantastically!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
