Vintage DIETZ Monarch Lantern, Fitzall Globe VINTAGE BARN LANTERN Wonderful vintage DIETZ MONARCH LANTERN measuring 14" tall and 8" wide. Lantern is steel with an enamel finish and a decorative train track raised design around the tall arm bracket. Marked DIETZ MONARCH N.Y. U.SA., it bears a DIETZ Fitzall N.Y. U.S.A. glass globe. Very nice condition with minor usage wear but no breaks, bends or damage - very clean - even retains original bail handle and reservoir cap. This belonged to my father-in-law who worked on the railroad in Ohio during the 1920s - it has been in the barn for years - hope someone out t can use it! Wonderful display piece!
