This item is a Cleveland Electric Neon Spinner Clock. This clock was manufactured by The Electric Neon Clock Co. in Cleveland, Ohio. This clock was purchased about ten years ago at a Coin-Op Show. The clock movement works and the neons work, but the spinner mechanism is loose and not spinning. Also, t are a couple spots on the outer bubble plastic that appear to be warped - I have included pictures of this. They are located at the very top and very bottom. The sign measures 25 1/2" in diameter. T is an on/off pull cord for the neon. T is a wedge shaped mounting bracket on the back for wall hanging.
