You are bidding on an old Clifton Decor Majolica Plate in the Blackberry pattern. It was made by D.F. Haynes & Co. (Chesapeake Pottery) Baltimore, MD USA, Semiporcelain, 1882 - 1885. Size is approx. 8". It is in very good condition, no chips or cracks, great glaze and bright colors. It does have a large brown stain, I am told this can be "bleached", but I am not sure about that. A stain is quite acceptable in a plate from the 1880s. Nice Plate - Good Luck! We ship to US addresses only.
