Paypal recommends that FedEx or UPS be used for shipping internationally because every shipment can be tracked. As you know, this is very expensive. United States Postal Service does not offer tracking on all mail items and to certain countries. Ebay only requires proof of shipping which I always have, Paypal doesn't honor this practice and I have now lost money to international transactions w people have claimed not to have recieved their merchandise even though I have provided shipping information.
