This Printing plate is a picture of one of the collectable Coca-Cola ladies with the heading, "AT HOME... THE PAUSE THAT REFRESHES". Our pretty lady is relaxing from her housework in an easy chair with a Coke in hand. In the back ground is her step ladder with her cleaning rag. The foreground shows the $.25 six-pack that came to market c.1938. The caption says, 'In the midst of household tasks you need a pause. With a frosty bottle of ice-cold Coca-Cola from your refrigerator you canmake that pause the pause that refreshes. And a six-bottle carton of Coca-Cola is so easy to buy from your dealer.' Down at the bottom in small print is WS-309-91. The address and phone number have been cut out for reuse by the printer.I have for sale a small collection of printing plates I estimate to be from c.1938-1940.
