-For all of you ChopAholics and Hard to Find- Cold Steel Carbon V collectors, today we have a like-new (I cut down one small tree to demonstrate it to friends while my user LTC was out getting re-profiled), in discontinued Carbon V steel, HEAVY-TERRAIN-CHOPPER (HTC). This is the larger and heavier (as well as scarcer), version of the LTC. -Cold Steel has made many variations of Kukri's and machetes, it can become most confusing. Needless to say, this the hardest to find/heavily valued machete/sword they ever produced and arguable the finest chopper or self-defense tool you will ever own. The Chopper and Cordura sheath are in superb condition. -Everything about this HTC is in excellent condition, from the factory Cordura sheath, to the handle, Carbon V steel blade and the printing on it signifying it is Carbon V, and made in the USA. -Camillus the company that forged Carbon V (formerly in New York), went out of business in 2007, and that was end of Carbon V. Cold Steel has not made this model for quite some years now and is a pure collectors item, as well as a very functional decapitator (should the situation arise) :-) -This blade is razor sharp and was hand honed at the Cold Steel Factory in Ventura, California.
