Cole Drill Press No 7 Blacksmith NOS NEW I just came across a NEW old Stock Cole Hand Ratchet Drill Press. This tool will do the work of Mag Drills that cost thousands.1st pic is of actual tool. 2nd is off the internet shown in use. This unit has a Jacobs chuck & adapter for 1/2" arbor. That is cosmoline on the chuck. These units sold for hundreds of dollars when they were available. This is NOT a old rusted drill that has been repainted, it is NEW Old Stock, right out of the old Box. There are some scratches, scuffs and small rust spots that have enhanced the patina over the years of storage. Don't let this one get away “This kind of drill simply breaks down the drilling process into 2 separate parts and changes the usual moderate pressure and high drilling speed to putting great pressure, up to 1000 lbs, on the drill bit and then turning the bit very slowly by "armstrong" (your strong arm!) power.
