This original 1921 Cole Motor Car Company (Indiana) automotive stock certificate is in overall very good condition and is very difficult to find in any condition of this style. It is a good looking stock certificate with no pen or pencil markings on the front side and it has never been folded. Exposure to humid conditions have caused it to have some waves in the paper. It has a number staple holes that are common where another document was stapled to it at one time, most likely the bill of sale. This certificate for less than one hundred shares of capital stock was issued 5/4/1921, and is orange in color. It measures 7 1/2 x 11 1/4 inches and has been transferred on the back and hand stamped on the front side. It has been hand signed by the president of the company and has a very beautiful vignette showing a logo between a male and a female. These certificates have no value other than collectible value.
