The perfect 55 year old lantern! This is a classic Coleman model 200 Lantern. This has never been used and is in perfect mint condition inside its original box. The bottom is stamped 11/51. Sunshine of the Night. Made in USA. This was part of an old Civil Defense cache. The lantern has been engraved with the Office of Civil Defense "OCD" serial number. T is only very slight scratching on the lantern chrome. The red hood and glass are in perfect shape. Single mantle with glass Pyrex Coleman Globe. In the photos, I left as much of the original packaging in place as I could and still see the items. All original packing materials and original accessories are Contains: · Glass globe · Lantern wrench · Lantern wick in original package · Instruction booklet (Bond) · Handle The box is in very good condition with marks on the top w the tape was. It has "California Office of Civil Defense" stenciled on one side. The serial numbers are written on another side. I haven't cleaned or polished anything. The wrench itself must be worth something as it has a very interesting shape - t is some slight pitting on the wrench but that must be original.
