Welcome to my Auction. I’d like to introduce you to Claude.He is dressed in Early Georgian Costume, stands 19 inches tall and is made from calico for that antique look and feel. This fabric also gives the perfect surface to hand paint his face using acrylics before being waxed and he has been firmly stuffed with toy stuffing. His powdered wig is made from cream wool yarn and he has a dark grey streak with metallic silver flecks all tided back with a black ribbon. He is wearing a blue, black and silver velvet jacket trimmed with silver braid and black ruffles around his neck and cuffs. His knee breeches are made from black velvet and he is wearing matching shoes adorned with pearl heart shaped buckles and blue velvet bows. Every doll is unique and signed on their back. Please Note: These dolls are for display purposes and are not toys. Not recommended for young children due to small parts.
