Collection of Antique Christmas Holiday Cards Just shy of eighty wonderful cards that mark an era long gone. The cards date from the teens to the twenties. There are too many to show you but you will not be unhappy with this lot. My favorites are partial card with a dog on a table top (one leg missing) the card folds to create a three dimensional image of a dog on a table top. Another is a fold out card that is early and depicts three childhood friends at play with a printed inscription on the verso. An Irene Marcellus card with a girl in a glove is sweet. An arts and crafts card with red boarder and gilt accents is a handsome card by the AM Davis Quality Card Co. A German Postcard from the turn of the century with a picture of St. Nick. A little girl in white playing the flute to a group of birds is a lovely card and printed by Stecher Lith. Co. As you can see this collection is not only heartfelt with personalized greetings to each of them but the makers are all quality printers of the time. The cards vary in size and condition but they are all in good to excellent shape.
