This auction if for a collection of miniature doll house furniture as shown. The provenance of these pieces is unverifiable today but information passed down from the original owner to our family is that they were made in Germany sometime between 1882 and 1892 and were purchased by Lewis Magoon during a trip to Germany. He bought them as a gift for his only daughter, Eva Waterman Magoon. She gave these to my mother before her death in 1980. The horse and table on the right are of a different variety than the other pieces and I suspect they are not of the same origin or vintage. The other pieces are in need of some level of repair and do not necessarily represent a complete piece of furniture. The pieces are not all glued together and the chairs, although whole, are missing some ornamentation. Just to be clear, I have arranged the pieces in what I believe are the correct orientation but they are not all glued in place. My mother took these pieces to the Antiques Road Show in Salt Lake City several years ago and they confirmed much of what I have stated and estimated the value at $100. Winning bidder to pay $6.00 for packaging and shipping.
