First Love pattern by 1847 Rogers Brothers. Introduced in 1937, this pattern is classified as "collectible" by Tere Hagan in Silverplated Flatware, Revised Fourth Edition. All are marked "1847 Rogers Bros." and "I S." Twenty-three pieces total. Pieces as follows: one 8 1/4" length Spoon ,four 7 1/4" spoons, twelve 6" spoons, one 6" soup spoon,three 6 3/4" forks and two 7 3/4" forks. These are from an Estate and have not been cleaned as I do not how to properly do so and they show tarnish but no major damage. I am not familiar with these pieces nor silverware in general. Please ask me any questions and do your own research prior to bidding.
