A LOVELY GENUINE VINTAGE COMPASS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION. The compass is 9ct gold and is fully hallmarked for 9ct gold . It bears the datemark for Chester 1902. A decent sized vintage compass with a fancy top in very good condition with no knocks or dents. The top pendant part of the compass can flip over from one side to the other, it is not permanently attached to the spinning centre. I'm not sure how a compass is supposed to work but the centre pointer seems to move around when you move the whole thing, whether it is accurate or not i can't be sure. The compass measures 18mm in diameter and 5mm in depth. The whole item is 23mm wide and 29mm in length. It weighs approximately 5.8 grams. A GENUINE COLLECTIBLE ANTIQUE!!
