AWESOME COLLECTABLE - Made by New Bright 1989 stamped on bottom of fire engine - Chicago Fire Dept Engine truck - 125th Campbells Soup commerative anniversary - The crate is big and rustic - 14 1/2" long x 9 1/2" deep x 9 1/2" tall - Also has a little cardboard plaque that is under the truck that is sitting on top of the crate - You could display it as I have in this picture or like the second picture - Fire Engine Is right at 11 1/2" long x 7" to floor to tall with the ladder down as shown and 5" wide - Turn him on (BATTERIES INCLUDED) and HE HAS A BELL THAT CLINGS AND LITTLE LIGHTS COME ON THE HEADLIGHTS and he RUNS - SMOKE - OR FAKE SMOKE EVEN COMES OUT of the front of the little hole for the steam? engine - Not sure how he is supposed to run meaning there is a little rough thing with wheels on the bottom that goes around - So he sort of goes back and forth - NOT SURE if he is supposed to go forward and backward - THIS IS HOW IT WAS WHEN I PURCHASED IT - Sort of like just to show some movement but not have to chase it down if it went forward - I think this is the way it is supposed to be - Charming detail on the firetruck with the little dog in front - It is all constructed out of plastic but I do see a metal wheel shaft but even at that very well made and detailed - Shipping 9# my zip to yours USPS parcel service
