Delft CW-C52 Vintage Colonial Williamsburg Blue Oval Planter/Dish.Hand incised on the bottom 1966 or 966 ??? or on bottom before it was fired in the kilnOUD DELFT (Old Delft), a well-known Dutch art pottery manufacturer founded by Roelof Elshout in 1920. The glaze is also special as OUD DELFT was known for using a special white glaze with no tin or lead oxide.In very good condition - especially for its age!Please see photos to best describeI've added one more close up photo with a pen pointing to what could be described as a slight orangish mark - perhaps rust - I do not know - but suffice it to say this piece is "a beaut"
