Artisan Colored Cocoa Butter Set Sample Set of 7 Shimmering Jewel Tones 1 oz of each in plastic squeeze bottles I have a small candy business, and I have always wanted to try a variety of cocoa butter colors, but I have always been put off by the cost of assorted sets, usually $95 to $150!! I was a professional pastry chef for 15 years, and now I own a small candy making business. I have found that I usually only need about a half teaspoon for decorating or painting chocolate molds (as seen in many chocolate books). Can also be used for airbrushing, depending on how much your airbrush requires. Why spend a lot of money on more than you will probably ever need? These bright colors are in plastic screw top bottles, so they can be microwaved to melt or soften the cocoa butter. Commercially made colored cocoa butters (like these) are opaque, so they produce vivid and shiny results when used in combination with covering chocolate, both dark and white.
