Here is a mortgage certificate from December, 1893 for $5,000 from the Columbus and Ninth Avenue Railroad Co. (New York). It was payable in December, 1993. That little orange certificate pasted in the upper right corner is bent on two corners, in one case because a corner of the certificatwe is folded back. nice condition otherwise. Purchaser pays $3 no frills shipping and handling within US, more for international or insurance
