is a rare and unique, vintage, piece.As seen in the pictures the gold color scissors have a cigar cutter hole in the middle of the scissors handles.T is a goldtone cover which fits over the end of the scissors and is a nail file and cleaner.T is a black scroll design on both sides of file and one side of scissors. T is a makers mark which looks like 2 stick figures linked together.Overall it is in very good condition except for some minor wear on the gold color at various spots.Shipping in US will be $3.85.See my other auctions for more cigar cutters. I will discount shipping on multiple orders.
