Constructive Learning Doll House, three stories and 20 pieces of wood furniture. Doll House is wooden and is put together with pegs, other then roof is screwed into place. Will be shipped as seen other than furniture will be wrapped for protection. Doll house is 27 inches in height and measures 26 x 19 in size. Doll house has been played with and does show some play marks. Furniture pieces include: lamp, bed which has mattress and bedcover, table and four chairs, four living room chairs, which two can be put together to make a sofa, stove, refrigerator, closet, front door, bookcase, television (television does have bite marks where my dog grabbed and run with during photo), TV stand, curio and buffet. Dolls can be found in the constructive learning sales magazines. Questions are welcome. Cannot combine shipping with this item.
